Stacey Bowlin serves as Executive Vice President of Georgia Life Sciences, where she works closely with the CEO to advance the organization’s strategic priorities, operational performance, member engagement, and long-term growth. She helps translate Georgia Life Sciences’ vision into actionable strategies that strengthen Georgia’s life sciences ecosystem and expand the organization’s impact across the state.

Since joining Georgia Life Sciences in 2024, Stacey has played a key role in growing the organization’s visibility, industry partnerships, membership, and statewide engagement, helping position Georgia Life Sciences as a leading voice for the state’s biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device, diagnostics, and digital health sectors.



With more than 20 years of experience in strategic engagement, marketing, operations, and industry development, Stacey previously held leadership roles at California Life Sciences and the Biotechnology Innovation Organization (BIO), where she led initiatives focused on communications, events, member engagement, and organizational growth.

Stacey holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Washington State University.
