Summit Poster Abstract Submissions 2025

Georgia Life Sciences invites the submission of abstracts from Georgia-based scientists for the 2025 Georgia Life Sciences Summit Poster session. Abstracts must be submitted electronically by Monday, July 07, 2025, at midnight.

Submissions received by the poster deadline will be reviewed by a panel of industry and academic judges. Posters will be reviewed by July 25, 2025, with 20 applicants participating in a virtual, live review with the judges.

Awardees will be recognized on day 2 of the Summit, Wednesday, August 27, 2025, from the main stage of the conference; they will also receive a cash prize. The top 10 semi-finalists will receive a free Summit registration. Not all submissions will be selected.
