Donation Policy: All equipment donations to the Georgia Life Sciences Equipment Depot are subject to a $100–$300 administrative fee based on the volume of supplies. This fee helps offset the costs associated with donation intake, handling, storage, and disposal. Georgia Life Sciences reserves the right to decline donations based on program needs, item condition, inventory capacity, or other operational considerations.

All donations are tax-deductible. Please complete this form in its entirety and a receipt will be provided to you when supplies are collected.
