Donation Policy: Equipment donations, through the Georgia Life Sciences Equipment Depot, are reserved for GLS member companies in good standing. Non-member organization may still donate equipment but will incur a $100-300 administrative fee based on volume of supplies, which helps offset acquisition, storage, and disposal expenses.  This administrative contribution will be acknowledged on your donation receipt. We encourage organizations to join GLS to take full advantage of this and other member benefits. GLS reserves the right to decline items based on need, condition, or capacity.



All donations are tax-deductible. Please complete this form in its entirety and a receipt will be provided to you when supplies are collected.
