Brian Lynam

Brian Lynam is a senior medtech operations executive with over 20 years of experience leading complex, high-growth medical device organizations across the United States and Ireland.

He currently serves as Senior Director of Operations and Site Lead for Boston Scientific’s Johns Creek facility in Georgia.

Brian has led large-scale site transformations, greenfield expansions, automation deployments, and distribution modernization initiatives while driving operational excellence & cultural transformation.

Brian is actively engaged in the Georgia life sciences and business community, serving on multiple local and regional boards and partnering with state and civic leaders to advance economic development and manufacturing excellence.

Originally from Ireland and now based in Alpharetta, Georgia, he brings a global perspective shaped by international leadership experience and a strong connection to both the U.S. and Irish medtech ecosystems.
