Ambreen Hernandez serves as the Operations Manager at Georgia Life Sciences, where she supports strategic initiatives and organizational leadership to advance innovation across Georgia’s life sciences ecosystem. In this role, she helps optimize workflows in finance, membership, events, and strategic projects for our key stakeholders, strengthening collaboration and accelerating sector growth statewide.

With more than a decade of experience in economic and community development, Ambreen brings a strong background in leading programs within local, state, and national non-profit organizations. Her work has included scaling partnerships, developing community-centered initiatives, and providing strategic support across marketing, fundraising, events, operations, and outreach efforts that strengthen mission-driven outcomes.



Ambreen’s career has shaped her deep appreciation for the role non-profits play in improving quality of life through strategic communications, innovative programming, and collaborative engagement. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Policy, Institutions & Behavior, as well as Planning & Public Policy, from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey.
