Attly Aycock
CEO, Remington Medical

Attly Aycock is CEO of Remington Medical, a medical device company that designs and manufactures a proprietary line of single-use products and contract manufacturing services for partners across the healthcare industry. Based in Alpharetta, Georgia, Remington Medical operates two locations in the United States and one nearshore facility in the Dominican Republic. Remington Medical impacts over two million patients annually through its own branded products and those it manufactures on behalf of customers.
Since Attly’s appointment as CEO in 2020, the company has undergone a dramatic transformation and growth. In his short tenure, he has built vertically integrated production capabilities, expanded distributor alliances, and facilitated disciplined planning surrounding global manufacturing strategy.
These strategies have required constant navigation of the tradeoffs central to U.S. life sciences manufacturing today: when to invest in domestic capacity versus leverage offshore efficiency, how to build redundancy without eroding margins, and how to keep supply chains resilient when regulatory timelines and geopolitical pressures don't wait for long-term plans to mature. Attly has worked through those questions at the strategic and operational level, managing a multi-country operation, driving a manufacturing turnaround, and maintaining supply continuity under shifting U.S.-Dominican Republic trade and policy conditions.
Beyond operations, Attly has built the infrastructure to support scale: an ERP system spanning multiple subsidiaries and currencies, demand planning across a complex product mix, and a sales and distribution framework that has achieved zero contract churn. He led a four-year R&D cycle that resulted in FDA-approval for VascuChek®, Remington Medical's vascular surgery product line, closing hospital system deals without external investment.
Attly holds a BBA in Finance, Accounting, and Economics from Southern Methodist University's Cox School of Business and is a member of Vistage.
